Why have I received a toll notice?

You will receive a toll notice if you travel on Westlink M7 without a valid payment arrangement. You have up to 3 days after you travel to buy a pass and avoid receiving a toll notice, after which the notice will be sent to the vehicle's registered owner.

You must pay your toll notice by the due date using one of the following options:

  • pay online
  • call us on 13 86 55 and pay over the phone
  • pay in person at participating newsagents and 7-Eleven or United Petroleum outlets using a credit card, debit card or cash
  • save on fees when you open an e-TAG account and transfer your toll notice

If you weren't driving the car at the time of travel, you can nominate a driver.
